Clients are now able to engage in an interactive Knowledge Base or FAQ. They can ask questions, which, once answered will be archived under thier appropriate topic.
This is essentially a client-built knowledge base that archives fequently asked questions, so clients don't need to keep repeating the same question and will recieve a prompt answer to his/her inquery.

Welcome to Breadstream.com. Breadstream is the 'corperate' entity for a Small-Business E-Commerce Application called Web-Lab. This site will outline the features and advantages of using Web-Lab.
